The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.
