Would leave a 0 if I could. Unreliable, goes AWOL for weeks at a time, walks off the job 6 weeks later, not finishing it and telling you to get someone else in to finish it. Takes your money and doesn't refund anything! Doesn't comply with any regulations and replacememt fitter had to remove everything and start again. And my boiler got condemned after Neals shoddy work..AVOID!!

Aaron booked the job in and clearly advised the price. On the day he arrived a few minutes early, carried out the work quickly and efficiently. No mess left behind. Price exactly as quoted. I would whole-heartedly recommend Aaron and will be contacting him for similar plumbing work in future. 5-star review.

Marius has done an excellent job at my Mother's house. He was prompt and early to start and worked hard through the whole day. His workmanship is excellent, with attention to detail that others may not have done. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again. In fact an additional job was priced and completed before this review with just as professional a result.

I can highly recommend Ryan - he was very quick to get in touch, arrange an appointment to quote for the job and had the task completed within 4 days of my initial enquiry!!! His work is excellent, great quality, super competitive price and he is a very organised and neat worker. Andy and the team at Ampulla were very professional right from the initial visit up until project sign off. They were always on time and treated our home with great respect, ensuring their works caused minimal disruption. They have a great eye for detail and make sure all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard, even if that means staying a little later or working over the weekend. We would highly recommend Ampulla and have already asked for quotes for other jobs in our home.

Hi Pete. Managed to do them and finished them today. Was a nightmare but worth it in the end. We never fitted the tap or valve etc inside to prevent the freezing in winter. What is best to do. Cheers pete.

The representative turned up on time to quote for the job, and the quote was about what I expected and was happy with. Unexpectedly, my original house builder turned up and offered to carry out repairs free of charge, so I cancelled the job with Morris and they were very understanding. I'm not really sure what the quality of the job would have been had Morris done the work, so I only rated them 3* (average). I would certainly ask Morris to quote for all future work.

We were really pleased with the work Joe did for us. His price was very reasonable but it is his reliability that really sets Joe apart from other tradesman. If Joe says he will call you then he calls. If he says he will be with you on a particular day then he is there. We would not hesitate to recommend Joe to friends and family.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
