Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. They completed the house extension for us and everything was finished to a high standard and on time. I didn't have to worry about anything, the guys took care of everything, from renting a skip to the final inspection. I am impressed by their professionalism.

The electrical test on bathroom installation was eventually conducted and the safety certificate issued on the 16 November 2012. Now still waiitng for the repair of leak from the bathroom into recess light in the hallway below reported issue to C & S Plumbing on the 12 November 2012 but due to my initial complaint about the certificate which they discovered later they have refused to honor their word and warrenty. Now quoted in excess of £400 by another plumber to repair C & S work. Update to be provided

They were extremely considerate of the fact that we were living in the property at the time with children - they tidied up daily. DNA was the only company that responded to my request to fit a new toilet. I was flexible regarding the fitting time and Joe kept me informed of his availability to complete the job.
