Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Could not fault Ian at all... amazing work, sorted out getting all the waste removed, cleaned up everyday before left... ( was a full bathroom rip out and and replaced with walk in shower) would recommend without a shadow of a doubt.... finish is 2nd to none ..
