Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I decided at the last moment to decorate our bedroom and the radiator required changing. Connor answered our call, told us to purchase the radiator and he would change it for us.
