A fantastic experience from start to finish! I had been let down by a local tradesman. I entered some details on here & received a response from Lukas within 5 mins Lukas arrived promptly & provided a quote which I had no hesitation in accepting Lukas offered advice on which materials to use and I was really impressed by Lukas. Extremely friendly, courteous & highly professional in his approach Lukas carried out the work to a very high standard. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lukas to anyone. 10/10

Ryan phoned me the morning after posting job. We organised a time in the afternoon for him to do the job that evening. Ryan turned up on time, and the job was carried quickly and cleanly. Price was cheaper than other quotes from more local plumbers, and Ryan was polite and friendly. Great job done at a great price. Will be saving his number for any future jobs that may be required.

I cannot find a single fault with these guys. I took a bit of a flyer by going with a company I had no dealings with and only a recommendation from this site, but it paid off. They were out to see the job in no time and gave us a date for the work just a few days away. They fitted a quality boiler for a very competitive price. They were in and out in a single day with minimum fuss. We are very happy with the boiler. Quality of service was excellent. Everything was explained and they came through on all their promises. I would definitely recommend them as quality tradesmen to trust. Thanks.

I am very happy with the standard of the work completed and the level of customer service that I received. The product was reasonably priced and finished to a very high specification, as well as within the agreed time period. The electrical test on bathroom installation was eventually conducted and the safety certificate issued on the 16 November 2012. Now still waiitng for the repair of leak from the bathroom into recess light in the hallway below reported issue to C & S Plumbing on the 12 November 2012 but due to my initial complaint about the certificate which they discovered later they have refused to honor their word and warrenty. Now quoted in excess of £400 by another plumber to repair C & S work. Update to be provided

I am very pleased with the service I received from Bill from the prompt contact,the quote and standard of installation of my bathroom. Bill was able to work to my budget and completed the work in the time he had quoted. Both Bill an Gavin are very pleasant and clean and tidy and their work is of a very high standard. I would certainly recommend them.

I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Rich and his team. The team were reliable, professional and the standard of their work was excellent. They were extremely considerate of the fact that we were living in the property at the time with children - they tidied up daily. Rich has a great positive attitude towards his work, which was reflected in his pragmatic approach to overcoming any issue that arose. He took the stress out of the job and is clearly a very experienced builder.
