Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Arrived within 30 mins and quoted, he didn’t have the correct part and had to go and get one for us, it was discontinued, but he returned with a solution and fixed the toilet making it a duel flush!
