RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

Andy arrived bang on time having kept in touch between booking the job and actually doing the work. He was thorough, professional and pleasant. Excellent work. Hired him to replace wooden decking in garden he did an excellent job and then rebuilt the roof on an outbuilding repaired a wall and fitted a new garden gate. Very versatile, polite and punctual. reasonable rates as well.

Wayne and his son arrived promptly and worked quickly and cleanly. They did my job as well as my neighbours and also undertook an unexpected job from my other neighbour, who were all left very happy. I would use this firm again and I would recommend them to friends. Having previously attempted and failed to get other work done by 'local tradesmen', I would not hesitate to call these chaps back.

Great job, gave us exactly what we wanted and finished to what appears to be a very high standard, really took his time getting everything perfect. Was really friendly and slotted in our job really quickly, even though it was only a small job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

i recently used loft logic to fit an internal oak door and hinges. i needed the door fitted asap,mr woolfe,arrived promtly,the following day after making contact. he fitted the door and hinges,exactly as required, the final price for the job was exactly as quoted. i would not hesitate to use loft logic for any future carpentry,and will be recommending them to friends and family.
