This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. I would highly recommend High and Dry.

Stephen and Damo did an excellent job of removing part of a wall and installing an RSJ. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all. I am very pleased with the work done by JMR. The tradesmen were pleasant and happy to make any changes or additions to the original plans, with the approval of James (the boss). Nic did an amazing job of the plastering, and Tristan applied his many skills to the build. The estimate was reasonable, and was also the final price charged for the original plan. James charged a fair price for the extra work I requested, and was open to discussion on any aspect of the build. A job well done.

External Render:- Steve worked under very difficult conditions but remained calm and focused. The old render was removed carefully and meticulously before the base layer was applied. The finish layer was very smooth and professional. Steve works to a standard and didn’t rush the job. Steve was very communicative through out and happy to discuss any issues and offer advice. Highly recommended 5 Star

My quote was prompt and quick, based on photos as I wasn't local for them to pop out and look at the rooms. I was very impressed with Ben & Pete from PJPS Construction, they were friendly, professional and stayed late to get the job finished ahead of the estimated timescale. Plaster work is great in the Kitchen and Master Bedroom. I would definitely recommend them.
