Chris contacted me promptly after putting my job ad and offered his availability straight away. I had solid wood flooring to lay on newly built extension, and it needed to fit the old floor. Chris did a great job, showing great carpentry skills, he worked hard over the weekend so I could have the living room sorted. He is very knowledgeable in his trade, I am very happy with his work and I would highly recommend him. Beata , Stevenage

Mark was pleasant to deal with, honest, reliable and quoted a fair price. The job ended up not being reprionting due to his advice, but was bespoke work to fix some motorbike ground anchors in a trench of cement. Unusual job, but I discussed it with Mark who was accommodating and completed a good job quickly and conveniently.

B&D Building are extremely reliable, turned up promptly everyday and carried out the work to a high specification, I valued there advise on building issues and noted this was gained from years of experience in the trade. Excellent work, high quality. Professional pleasant guys. Danny and his team motivated hardworking, clean tidy 6 months work , very good all-round. Multi skilled trades within company of brothers. Minimum amount of fuss , trustworthy Non smokers, very reliable, kept me updated , good knowledge . Fitted Wren Kitchen,built porch extension , converted garage to studio apartment decorating,plumbing, tiling , new bathrooms and shower rooms. Built fitted wardrobes. internal external doors.

Proact Property replaced my boiler and retiled my bathroom. The service was excellent and very professional. Everything was explained in detail and put onto a job sheet before I agreed to the work. The workmen who came to do the job were friendly, and very tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them to others.

Would highly recommend Plumb and Tile Chelmsford. Scott and Gavin have made a lovely job of our small ensuite. Scott was calm and professional even when faced with some unforseen plumbing problems. It was a pleasure having them working in our house - they were reliable, friendly and always tidied up at the end of the day. Would definitely have them back for any future projects.

A tradesman with thorough understanding, knowledge and experience of what's required and how to complete the projects with full Dedication. I highly recommend Mr Khan for any small or big project, and would call him myself anytime I need a builder, carpenter, handyman, kitchen fitter, plumber etc.

We hired Rob to replace the carpets in our two bedrooms with wooden flooring. During the entire job Robert was very responsive and on time. Despite unforeseen complications causing additional work he managed to stay within the budget and finished everything in a timely manner. Every morning he explained what he was going to be working on on that day and before he left in the evening he'd clean up so we could inspect the work. Rob was very pleasant, polite, and we are happy with his work.
