Grahame and his team were all absolutely lovely with an incredible work ethic, which left me confident I was in safe hands. Grahame was really understanding and patient with my many questions!! The result is a gorgeous new roof for me and my neighbour - with lots envy from the rest of the street!! I can not recommend Grahame and his team highly enough, I would not hesitate using them again - clean, tidy, excellent standard of work, lovely to deal with and on point with the price!

We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.

Keiran gave us a complete package price up front on the phone; he came when he said he would and did the job and charged the agreed price. Very nice chap and will call him again next time we have a job that needs doing.

Very competitive quote, they turned up on the agreed date and worked hard to complete the job in the estimated time. Very pleased with the work, the bedrooms are transformed. The guys went the extra mile, sourcing the paint on the day due to a slight miscommunication, and even fitted in doing an additional repair. Very happy to recommend these guys. Tom took his time to ensure our bathroom was perfect. He fitted everything so well and didn’t finish the job until he knew everything worked properly. He also came out last minute on a weekend when we had a small bathroom leak. We would highly recommend Tom as his work is great and he is extremely budget friendly.

The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

I have provided a phone number in the chat. A £8000 job falling apart in less than a year is really poor work. It would be great if fixed by yourselves. At least you are saying 10 years guarantee here on line.

Graham and his selected team did a great job for us turning our dark cold basement into a lovely room that we use everyday, he was very clear throughout the whole process from quoting to completion and did additional jobs at a fair price. He also liaised with building control meetings. I highly recommend his services and wouldn't hesitate to get him to quote for more work in the future. You can tell that he takes pride in his work.

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
