We confirmed the price and scope of works in writing and he confirmed back to start and finish over the bank holiday. Our client had arranged to stay elsewhere. I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Their challenge was to strip my flat roof & replace years of bodged felt , rotten boarding & rotten joists. Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
