STAY CLEAR FROM THIS CONPANY ......Done guttering , ended up getting other jobs done ,, said all work was guaranteed, any problems give us a call , doesn't answer calls or txts when problem arises , ( not even a week later ) , neighbour of mine got work done and he didn't even finish the job , said he would back after his grandads funeral to finish .... still waiting doesn't answer calls or txts , my advice stay clear this company works from belfast , Manchester and Birmingham

I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.
Really can’t fault Trojan, from the initial quote we felt comfortable that Nick understood what we needed. The initial quote escalated and nothing was too much trouble. We now have a home to be proud of and can’t thank Trojan enough for everything they have done.

DO NOT use this tradesman. Very quick to measure up for the job, took half the cost of the job in cash to order the materials, then kept saying he was too busy to do the job. Then blanked me altogether, I think that's called theft! Had no contact despite chasing him for several weeks now, not happy!

I’ve worked in the construction industry since I was 16. Doing complete property refurbs right back to the bare shell to complete the project. Went to college when I was 27 and served my time with Rothwells plumbing services where I learned all aspects of plumbing and heating installations. I’ve worked for various social housing providers installing wet rooms bathrooms, heating systems kitchen tiling, and many other tasks. More recently I've been providing maintenance services to landlords and schools .
Anthony was brilliant from start to finish from initial quote to coming to the job to finish. He ripped out all the poor work done by the original contractor and replaced it all with the correct materials and left the house in a clean which didn’t happen when we originally had the bathroom fitted. He come back the week after and repaired the ceiling in the living room which had been damaged by the leaking shower and now everything is done I’m so happy with all that has been done.
