He explained everything ,showed me a sample of the product and offered good price. The surveyor and the fitters were excellent. They did a superb job and left no mess behind. Would not recommend this company. Lack of communication about start date. Numerous excuses about delays at factory re frames then glass. Work eventually completed . Felt pressured to pay balance even though I was not completely satisfied with the job.
