I engaged Pol Builders initially to replace the flooring on my landing. They did an excellent job, ensuring minimum disruption. I was so pleased with the standard of workmanship, they then completed, the hall, stairs and landing redecoration, installing panelling and laying LVT in the hallway to a very high standard. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.
