I am very disappointed with James' work.He knew before he started what needed doing. He seemed to panic about everything. He estimated that the job would take two days (Monday & Tuesday) At 4pm on Tuesday he said that he was going and would be back on SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!! I told him, in no uncertain terms what I thought about that and he stayed until 8pm to finish the job. The job, to install new worktops is far from perfect. The sink is set in at a slight angle and the worktops are not straight. I realise that I should have complained and withheld payment but I was so upset by the end that I couldn't face it. I am elderly, disabled and live alone. Why do tradesmen think that it is OK to take us for a ride?

BTS building is a lovely father and Son operation. They are hard working and keep you updated with plans, progress and working times etc. The quality of the build is very good and they are happy to offer ideas for slight changes to improve the usability of the space.

Silvio and team did a fantastic job installing my new kitchen. From helping with the design, to recommending more efficient plumbing work to make everything fit properly, the process was seamless from start to finish. I was extremely impressed with Clayton. He worked very hard and obviously knows his stuff. I brought him in to fix my kitchen floorboards but it soon became apparent that they could not be used. Clayton helped me find a new solution (tiles) and offered excellent advise throughout. I also found him friendly and easy to get on with and am happy to recommend him to anyone. Chloe

Ben and his team were absolutely fantastic. Ours was a pretty big job - refurbishing a tired college space to a 3,000 sq ft yoga studio. Dave built a wonderful bespoke bookcase for me that covered a complete wall in my study. The work is wonderful. Everyone who comes to visit has commented on how lovely it is. Artan responded quickly, came to price the job and gave a quote promptly. Once accepted he gave us a quick start date. He arrived when he said he would, and carried out the work thoroughly and professionally. He included items that we only became aware of after he started, not a problem.
