I really recommend working with Kilani. My job turned out to be much more complicated than expected. It required much more work to put right shoddy work from previous contractor. Top Tier were great. They were 100% reliable, turning up exactly when they said they would. I couldn’t afford their quote but they were excellent at problem resolution, and managed to work with my budget. They left everything clean like you wouldn’t know they had been. Communication was excellent throughout, with a comprehensive video log of everything done. It is so rare to find trades that are completely trustworthy and reliable. I would strongly recommend.
