James arrived at the agreed time and after going up to survey the chimney produced a detailed plan and quotation and showed me photos.The price was fair and the work was undertaken straight away. He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Although we encountered unforeseen circumstances during our refurbishment work TF managed the situation well and helped us to get to the right solution whilst keeping costs under control. The personalised service provided by TF (Build block) makes all the difference. Honestly felt as though our interests were always a priority, and TF was working / managing the work to ensure we got what we wanted. Absolutely recommended !
