The carpentry was good but I dont think he had fitted a felt roof b4(a bit out of his field). He changed the arranged day with very little notice which caused a little problem, otherwisw OK. SLMc.

Mark did a brilliant job of fitting my wooden kitchen worktop. Perfect joints and a fair price. I would highly recommend Mark, he was on time, polite and tidy an absolute star, thanks so much Mark we really appreciate it.

Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.

Changing my previous rating to two stars. Job was done fine, but I'm still waiting on a guarantee that I was promised, and now I'm just being ignored. Really wouldn't recommend - typically unreliable and frustrating.

What a fabulous company. Harry and Russul ‘s mission is to help People and they definitely did that he replaced me and my mum’s driveway in 1 week in short notice the team is very polite, very outgoing and take pride in their work also kept us informed throughout the stages of the work would certainly recommend to others thank you Harry Russul and the team at 5 start luxury drives patios and landscaping absolutely over the moon.

Avoid this company at all costs, Scott came round gave a quote then arranged a date to install 14 doors. Confirmed he’d got said doors and agreed an install date, I even confirmed the night before. Never turned up, ignored phone calls and texts - total waste of time. Looks like other people have also had similar problems on here looking at the other reviews.

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

This guy can certainly tile a bathroom,any vanity units you want putting in Rich is your man,trustworthy,hardworking ,tea milk no sugar,jobs a goodun,one negative just make sure your tiles match perfectly cos if he doesn't notice them straight away and you do after fitting he won't replace without extra charge.Does extra mosaic tiling too just ask he won't bite :)

Do not under any circumstances use Knights Roofing or Tommy King who also has other companies.He did not complete the roofing/chimney work and he kept promising to come back and 6 months on we are now getting no response from him.Our chimney is leaking more than before and we are getting another professional to sort the problem

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

William has been brilliant with a last minute job when another decorator let us down. He's helpful, thorough, reliable, his work is of a high standard and he even did more than he had to. Highly recommended.
