This company is the best in the business. I can't fault anything they did, from start to finish Craig and Nathan told you everything there were going to do on a daily basis. We would and have recommended BCM to family and friends and 1 has phoned Craig to sort out some work for BCM after seeing the pictures. Definitely be using BCM in the future. Thank you for an excellent job Craig and Nathan.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Steve sent a text message to say he was unable to quote for the work as he was starting a new job. Unfortunately this came several days after he had arranged to come to our house and price up the work. I am therefore unable to comment on his work.

Roy was punctual every day, he worked hard, knew what he was doing, making sure I was happy with the work and keeping me informed of how the job was going. He left the area tidy each day and was always polite. I am very happy with his workmanship and would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

Steve did a great job and worked really hard over two days to get the job done. Very professional, protected all carpets and kept me informed all the way through the job. Very easy to contact and gets back to you every time. Arrived when he said and didn’t leave until he knew I was totally satisfied. Went through everything before he left to make sure I was ok with both the boiler and new wireless thermostat. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Chris did an excellent job fixing the pointing and brickwork on my house, he was friendly, reliable and did the work for a very good price. He also helped diagnose a water ingress problem at no extra charge. I would highly recommend him.

I couldn't be happier with the job done by Brian, it is simply outstanding. Brian listened to what we wanted and then designed and built a perfect family garden. The design met our requirements perfectly and our family can now enjoy the garden. Brian worked perfectly to budget and the quality and finish of the garden is excellent. It's always interesting watching a skilled tradesman doing his job. Andy did a excellent job laying the laminate and beading in my hall and kitchen it was completed to a great standard. He checked with me at every stage to ensure it was completed to how I wanted. I couldn't be happier.
