Pat and his colleague were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to fix the issues with the roof of my house. They also repointed and resealed the front door and windows to a high standard, all at a reasonable price. I’m truly grateful for their hard work and the fantastic job they did. Highly recommended!

Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.

Milaim / Mosaic recently installed a new bathroom for me. This involved removing everything, repairing and plastering walls, and installing new units (shower, bath, WC, sink), tiling, painting and laying new floor. They completed the job in 8 days which was very impressive. Given this was my only bathroom and I've got young kids, they made sure that the bath was operational throughout. They also kept the place v tidy and worked incredibly hard. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

I was very pleased with Ian of Imac Property Services, after having a very unprofessional carpenter start my oak porch. I rang Ian and he came to see me asap and finished the job off well. A really lovely guy, he was so kind and tolerant when my two year old insisted on helping him. I was really pleased with the beautifully crafted cupboard and ergonomic design. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He was a really nice talented professional that was incredibly tidy too.

First impressions were good so we decided to use Able to create a new shed and build a gate/fence. They were very informative, thorough and I was extremely pleased with the final product. Able went out of their way to ensure everything I asked for was done. Will definitely use again.

Valentin from my observation can do absolutely everything building related. Very polite and always on time to work. He kept me updated with the developments via sms, emails and calls during my busy work periods. Took a bit of a chance here, as Reuben didn't have any previous comments or reviewers. However I have to say that I'm delighted I used him in the end, as well as a meticulous attention to detail and impeccable professionalism (I had chosen an unusual type of wallpaper which required a very specific type of adhesive, Reuben scoured London to find the appropriate product, therefore not finishing the job until much later than planned), he's also a really nice guy and I'll definitely use him in the future. A+
