Absolutely first class. Very skilled at making joinery to complement the house rather than just use standard off the shelf products. Nothing too much trouble and very flexible when the requirements were changing as the job progressed. .As we were on a tight budget was always willing to suggest different ways of ending up with the same result. I am very pleased with the work done by JMR. The tradesmen were pleasant and happy to make any changes or additions to the original plans, with the approval of James (the boss). Nic did an amazing job of the plastering, and Tristan applied his many skills to the build. The estimate was reasonable, and was also the final price charged for the original plan. James charged a fair price for the extra work I requested, and was open to discussion on any aspect of the build. A job well done.

I found both David and Sean very approachable and accommodating and no request or change was too much trouble. Sean agreed the initial specification / price / timescales etc while David provided the Joinery skills and this worked very well and we were always kept well informed. The work was carried out to our requirements to a high standard and in a very clean and tidy manor and we were left very pleased with the end product. Would highly recommend Timber Lab if seeking a good, reliable service.

From the moment I got a quote Bob did all he could to sort and source this job for me. His customer service was excellent and I was kept fully informed all the way through. Very good service provided at a reasonable price. The quote was the cheapest I received but this was not reflected in the high quality of the work. (PS. I SUBMITTED MY COMMENTS THE WEEK FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF THE WORK SO i DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU DIDN'T RECIEVE THEM ! Possibly cos I'm new to the process )
