The workmanship was of a very high quality, but the thing that really stuck out was how reliable and trustworthy Jay was. Jasy is a very pleasant gentleman and I will certainly be using him for any future joinery jobs. Jay's values are something that will put him above the rest of any other joiners and will do him well for the future. Jay was also fairly priced and quoted me on jobs opposed to days so that I could budget accordingly. I highly recommend Jay.

In total 4 ridge tiles were broken, old tiles kept to show us the fault. New tiles in place and look very good. Extra work requested on the conservatory to fix leaks, still waiting to see if this has worked, but feel confident. A very good job done in the required time.

Excellent work, it was a large project but they handled it perfectly. I now have a beautiful conservatory which is ready for decorating and furnishing. Couldn't be happier with the result. Friendly, professional builders and would definitely recommend them. Price was very competitive and conservatory finished to a very high standard.

Barry and his brother-in-law Rob worked very hard paving my drive and did a first rate job. They are both friendly, courteous and trustworthy. They started on time, didn't cut any corners and the materials they used were better quality than I had anticipated. The final cost was actually cheaper than quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will be inviting them to quote for any future building work that I need doing. (PS. calling himself a "handyman" undervalues his expertise).

I'd highly recommend Alan and Kieron from ADK Building. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Alan is very friendly, helpful and polite, he discussed the requirements in detail and any unforeseen problems were explained and dealt with. The work area was left clean and tidy each day.

Ben gave an honest report about the job and the complications there were, then project managed the process. The job was completed on the day promised despite being let down by other contractors who arrived late. Extremely pleased with the whole process and I was kept informed of what was going on throughout the whole time. I would highly recommend Ben.

I had a few quotes done for the job of converting my workshop into a well-insulated and usable room and although Aeron's actually wasn't the cheapest he was very honest and told me that some of the work I'd requested wasn't actually necessary so he actually saved me money. I have to say with all sincerity that Aeron (and Dave) are by far the best tradesmen I have ever hired. Absolutely outstanding craftsmanship, excellent work ethic, friendly, pleasant and efficient. 100% confidence in recommending.

Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. He kept me abreast of progress and was reliable and professional throughout the process. The work has been completed to a high standard and I am very happy to have chosen Henry James as my builder. Cliff, he was efficient, reliable, well priced and an excellent tradesman. We called him in to repair a chimney breast and fix our garage which was leaking. We were delighted with the work on the chimney, he is a fantastic render and plasterer. cliff is now renovating our bathroom, plus our neighbours are also putting him to work. An added bonus is he is a good communicator so he was able to work with our two very different personalities with different ideas, Cliff took it all in his stride.

Keith did a first rate job replacing our old electric shower. He was great with his communications with us and did exactly as we wanted ..all within 2 days.Did a good job of cleaning up afterwards too.
