I used Steve and the team[QSP] for my loft conversion in Harborne. The quote was competitive. The works were undertaken to a very high standard. Tidy workers and sensitive to client needs. Works completed to budget and on programme. Snagging [minor] all dealt with without any fuss. Very pleased guys excellent job.5 stars.

Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. Petar, compared to the other tradesmen gave me the best advice for the job and the best quote. He arrived on time each day that he worked and only had short breaks. He took pride in his work and was very hard working. His favourite word was “Perfect” and this was reflected in his work.`The job did take longer than expected, through no fault of his own and I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I look forward to employing him again in the near future. Excellent tradesman.

We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.

This is now a one man band not a company. The brick work was of an adequate standard but unfortunately the problem came with the roof. I had paid too much up front and he never returned to finish the job.

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Wholeheartedly recommended.
