First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. From the begening we found Harry and his Team to be very professional but also had have a very friendly approach. Mark did an excellent job removing an old shower enclosure and installing a new. larger and more suitable one. For one plumbing project, he felt it better to get someone with the appropriate skills - he sorted that out and found a good person to do that job. Mark was friendly, punctual and cleaned up well at the end of the project.

Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.
