Tim came round and quoted the same day as my ad was posted. He then replaced our rotten gate with a brand new one, painted well, in just a couple of days. The service was excellent, couldn't fault it.

Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. He was reliable and any problems were soon solved. He is now going to build the extension and I am confidant that he will do a good job John

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Very happy with the work and the finish. There was a bit more to the job than initially expected but it was easy to come to an agreement and got everything done on time as we had hoped.

Martin is a first rate carpenter and has done two jobs for us. One was board the loft and put shelves up there... perfect. The other was to build a fairly large summer house from scratch. Beautiful house.

He was prepared to travel across London (to SE1) for relatively small job - recording kitchen sash window. He was quick to respond to my ad on here and on day of job he arrived early and completed work without fuss and to good standard. Also very pleasant guy.
