Wayne is a very hard worker and produced great results in the flat. I’m very pleased with service i teceived from GO Maintenance who fixed a leak in my shower. The guys were prompt, turned up at the agreed time. Took their time to find where the leak was coming from and fixed the problem. Price was reasonable. I would not hesitate in recommending them. We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. Jonathan installed the kitchen, I was pleased with his work, as asked him to install lots of kitchen add ons that does not normally come in a kitchen. He has done more work for me since, hanging doors and new linings. Would recomend.

He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Additionally, he went out of his way to help us arrange getting some door restored by one of his contacts. Would thoroughly recommend and have saved his details for use in the future! Thanks Phil!
