I was quoted £250 to supply and hang a door. After discussing various locks I decided on Eclipse ED20, which I agreed to supply to overcome the issue of the lock being expensive. The quote increased by £125 just for the labour claiming its harder to install an electronic lock. I challenged this as excessive and clarified its mechanical and offered a fair £50. He repeatedly told me to go elsewhere, withdrew and accused me of blackmail when I mentioned leaving a review. Disappointed with the time wasted.

DO NOT USE! My job was quoted at 300, booked in for a month’s time. Less than 24 hours before job day, they called to say they made a mistake and will now charge 500!! I had taken time off work and travelled to a different city to oversee this job.Despite them admitting multiple times it was their fault, they continued to quote 500.They had three weeks to tell me the new quote but they were unorganised and ‘didn’t realise until now’.Huge waste of time and no sense of responsibility for their own mistake!

I hired Lorring Group Ltd to install an aluminum garden gate and paid a 50% deposit upfront as per their invoice . Unfortunately, the work was never carried out, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no resolution or refund for the deposit. The lack of communication and failure to honor their commitment has been incredibly disappointing. As a customer, I trusted them to deliver the service agreed upon, but instead, I have been left out of pocket. I cannot recommend this company.
