Janos at Warm Hearts Plumbing was brilliant. He listened, cooperated, was efficient, thorough and reliable. He provided a bespoke service to meet my needs to have a new bath installed and sink leak. He made good the tiling and even had to adjust a cupboard to fit the bath in. He communicated with me every day and when necessary-always consulting me. He sent me regular photos of the work. He has very high standards and is excellent. He will be my |Go To Plumber for all jobs in the future. Feb 224.

He is very reliable visited the property very quickly to provide a quote and started the work on time. Thank you Ionut and the team, im so happy to have a space where I can be proud of! I needed the existing paving slabs removed and to put in place decking, artifical grass, and planters put in. They provided the materials and kept me informed in the process. They are hardworking and I saw a huge difference for every day they came. Gzim installed a gate for which he had not provided a receipt. Also the gate is out of alignment as he had not secured the posts. A bad job which needs to be corrected. I have tried to call Gjim but he is not responding to my calls.
