I'm very pleased with the repairs to the wall fixings and refix of our heavy motorized satellite dish which had come loose in the recent winds. Mel is one of the most technical tradesman I've encountered. He could decipher my plumbing system within minutes and tell me exactly what the root problem was. He is also a very sociable and generous person willing to share his knowledge. The only issue I had is his reliability with the scheduled visits. He postponed a job multiple times causing me anxiety and inconvenience. I appreciate when tradesmen mean what they say and can responsibly manage clients’ expectations.

Tomas was very punctual, polite and efficient. He did a good job of what he had given a quote for and I would recommend him. My only suggestion to the highly skilled Tomas is that it might be a good idea in future to let clients, who do not share his expertise, know what else could/should be done to make the final result absolutely perfect. The client could then decide whether to opt for further work, based on a revised quote, or leave it at what she/he had originally asked a quote for.
