Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.

Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.

Absolutely first class. Very skilled at making joinery to complement the house rather than just use standard off the shelf products. Nothing too much trouble and very flexible when the requirements were changing as the job progressed. .As we were on a tight budget was always willing to suggest different ways of ending up with the same result. I am very pleased with the work done by JMR. The tradesmen were pleasant and happy to make any changes or additions to the original plans, with the approval of James (the boss). Nic did an amazing job of the plastering, and Tristan applied his many skills to the build. The estimate was reasonable, and was also the final price charged for the original plan. James charged a fair price for the extra work I requested, and was open to discussion on any aspect of the build. A job well done.

I found both David and Sean very approachable and accommodating and no request or change was too much trouble. Sean agreed the initial specification / price / timescales etc while David provided the Joinery skills and this worked very well and we were always kept well informed. The work was carried out to our requirements to a high standard and in a very clean and tidy manor and we were left very pleased with the end product. Would highly recommend Timber Lab if seeking a good, reliable service.
