First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

Ben gave an honest report about the job and the complications there were, then project managed the process. The job was completed on the day promised despite being let down by other contractors who arrived late. Extremely pleased with the whole process and I was kept informed of what was going on throughout the whole time. I would highly recommend Ben.

Ian was an absolue life saver. He was very quick to respond to our request, gave alternative solutions and then a price within budget. He carried out the work very quickly as required and completed it to a very high standard. He is an excellent tradesman and very knowledgeable with respect to his particular specialism. Cannot recommend highly enough, Zan was excellent, professional, extremely patient when things didn't quite go according to plan but he found a solution and just got on with the job.He constantly cleaned up,we have asked him to return to carry out further work for us...we are so pleased to have found someone so hard working, honest and reliable.Highly skilled and would highly recommend.

Very quick to make contact and arrange for work to be carried out. Arrived at agreed time, obviously a very experienced tradesman and work completed to a very high standard. Very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Had PunchLine in to do a number of jobs from hanging new doors, new skirting, new door frames, lots of bespoke work like building wardrobes, building cupboards and the work that was done was to the highest standard. PunchLine were punctual, polite, helpful, highly skilled and I would use them time and time again. Could not recommend these guys enough, hire them and you will not be disappointed.

Really can’t fault Trojan, from the initial quote we felt comfortable that Nick understood what we needed. The initial quote escalated and nothing was too much trouble. We now have a home to be proud of and can’t thank Trojan enough for everything they have done.

Craig and his team (Carne, Jason and the carpenters) were excellent. They were friendly, hard-working and tidy. They coped with unforeseen issues very competently. The communication between trades and with ourselves was very good. We have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again.

I had a few quotes done for the job of converting my workshop into a well-insulated and usable room and although Aeron's actually wasn't the cheapest he was very honest and told me that some of the work I'd requested wasn't actually necessary so he actually saved me money. I have to say with all sincerity that Aeron (and Dave) are by far the best tradesmen I have ever hired. Absolutely outstanding craftsmanship, excellent work ethic, friendly, pleasant and efficient. 100% confidence in recommending.
