Greg was very pleasent , very puntual on the inital appointment and the day he came to do our work. Very tidy and made a good deal of effort to cover up our furnishings etc to protect it from dust. The bottom line is, YOU quoted for the job. No one forced you to take it. You took the £7500, did part of the job and disappeared. I do not need to go back and forth with you. The £2500 is not yours and you can’t say I’m free to take it. No tradesman will do the job is your opinion. I am 100% this is not your first doing this, and will not be your last. I have moved on, please do I will NOT recommend anyone to use you. That’s purely based on my experience

8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.
