Perfect - is all I can say. Gave me a quote as part of an insurance claim. They are really diligent; hard working and actually did more than I expected them to do. They quoted 5 to 7 days to do the work but it suited us all for them to spend a couple of hours longer than normal to get the work done in 5 days rather than come back after the weekend. I'm thrilled. I'm hoping they'll come back again if/when I have more work for them. They'd be most welcome and I'd be assured of a great job.

Big thanks to Ivan for the office wardrobe! He showed up exactly when he said he would and I really appreciated how he listened to all my instructions throughout the project. Even with the traditional wall of design, he did such a great job. I'm genuinely happy with everything and would be glad to hire him again. Highly recommend!

Iurie was swift to respond and attend. His work ethic was good and so was the skirting. The only setback was tidying up after himself. Aside from this, he was good to have around and offered his services for other work.

Grafton carpentry rang to confirm their call the previous day. The tradesman turned up on time and carried out the work promptly and efficiently. I am pleased with the work and would recommend them to my friends.

Long delay to fit unit with no contact for weeks.Screw put through water pipe, causing damage to flooring and on repair of this,more damage caused to flooring.Poor quality wood used, item not stained when requested. Cannot use a nail gun sucessfully, nails sticking out on top of unit.Weeks of no answer to calls to put things right. Compensation eventually offered for damages and hassle caused, then no answer when trying to collect compensation.Very poor service.I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.
