Did a fantastic job and at good price
We deal with insurance claims handling, reinstatement and repairs to any type of reinstatement including damage caused by escape of water, flood and fire damaged properties. We also completed works involving: Non-evasive leak detection. Insurance surveying / Schedules. Damp mapping and drying. Refurbishment and repairs to residential commercial buildings. Replacement kitchens and bathrooms. Plumbing. Plastering. Roofing. Painting and decorating. Asbestos surveys and removal. Carpentry. I'll start with a positive - quality of build was good. Negatives, was told 2 weeks - 5 months later still not completed (3m x 1m shed and some of it was already in place) and had to get another company to finish it at more expense. Was charged for time in sourcing materials, was told it could be completed within my budget when I increased it by £500 and now he is saying I still owe him more money. Took/disposed of quarry tiles I said I wanted. I wont be using him again
Tiled our kitchen floor and made a disgusting job of it. Floor not even, corners sticking up, uneven gaps between tiles, used all the tiles but didn't do under cooker and dishwasher as asked and measured for. Will not return to sort out the job, they've promised to come sort it twice and both times haven't showed up, now won't reply to our messages. Would've been happier putting he money down the toilet!
