Reacted to the job advert promptly, arranged a suitable time and turned up efficiently. Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. Also advised that theres a 10 year guarantee on the works completed. Highly recommended.

So pleased with my cabinets and bookcases. Excellent quality and the carpenter did exactly what I asked him too. He arrived on time and left my home tidy. What a fantastic Team. Have made a wonderful transformation to our bathroom. Eddie has a brilliant eye for detail and his ideas and recommendations certainly enhance the look. Quality of work was excellent (plastered boarded ceiling, skimmed ceiling and tiled floor) and the reliability of the tradesman was excellent, always turned up on time and finished the job within the quoted time of 2 days. Very good value for money.

This was a very high standard of work. I had to work for the week and felt very comfortable leaving him with keys to my home. I would defiantly use Spencer again to do work within my home.

James did a fantastic job. He refitted an existing bathroom and created two new ensuites, and also built wardrobes and panelling in our hallway. He is reliable, trustworthy, friendly and his work is of great quality. I fully endorse and recommend him- he turns up as expected every day, communicates well and delivers brilliantly. We are quite happy for anyone to come and see his work .

I used Steve and the team[QSP] for my loft conversion in Harborne. The quote was competitive. The works were undertaken to a very high standard. Tidy workers and sensitive to client needs. Works completed to budget and on programme. Snagging [minor] all dealt with without any fuss. Very pleased guys excellent job.5 stars.

Alex is a really thorough worker and will not leave a job less than perfect. I had him fit a new sink and tap in my kitchen and of course it did not turn out to be a straightforward job. He did it so well that I had him rectify another plumbing job in the bathroom at the same time and both have been finished to an excellent standard. A friendly chap, persistent in finding solutions to problems and doesn't even leave rubbish behind when he's finished! Would recommend highly.
