A few months after, the roof fell down and was still leaking. I have text and called Claudiu over 10 times and he ignores my requests to contact me. Looks like I will have to pay someone else to do the job properly. A very bad job done and money lost.

I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. Steve was extremely polite and offered me the best quote. He promptly carried out the repair work but sadly, within weeks of the work being done, my roof was leaking badly again. All attempts to contact him since have proved unsuccessful, as calls to the two mobile phones I have for him are always diverted to his voicemail.
