Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. For one plumbing project, he felt it better to get someone with the appropriate skills - he sorted that out and found a good person to do that job.
