We recently had Jay come to replace our radiators, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was fitted perfectly. The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

We are a family run business and have been in the plumbing and drainage industry for 15 plus years. We hired Active to address damp issues. Within a year, the work has failed. Plaster is bulging and cracking and the damp has returned. An new plumber has confirmed that the wrong materials were used and are guaranteed to fail. They denied responsibility rather than offering any solution or support. This was a large spend, and the results have been short lived and poorly executed . I would strongly caution anyone considering using them - the work quality, product knowledge and aftercare have all been poor
