Mo contacted me, went to visit the property to quote on the work, then once we agreed it he scheduled a convenient time directly with the tenants to return and do the work - which saved me from having to organise that myself! All of the jobs were done perfectly and after he sent me videos & photos of what he'd done, plus he even brought his own vacuum cleaner and cleaned up after the carpentry jobs. Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! So Disappointing, these guys are not gardeners , Their knowledge of basic plants poor.. They arrived wearing sliders and trainers to work. but didn’t complete the work to a satisfactory standard . I asked for weeding but got a half hearted attempt. Event though I sent video and still images prior to them attending However they were polite and respectful, but left their costa coffee rubbish in my garden
