Very competitively priced and good quality units. Jon was great from initial consultation, through to delivery. Communication was excellent throughout. Joe and his installation team are brilliant and really nice guys to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and when we have had a couple of small issues, they were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

We are a builders who carry out loft conversion and extensions along with all types of building work, we take no deposit, we send you to our last job we have completed, so you speak to customer. We are currently building a house from start to finish in Heysham which you can view, we have on board a part P electrical along with a gas safe heating engineer, we have a roofer who carry’s out all our roofing needs. All our lads are qualified and hold all certificates etc. We always send new customers to view our last jobs and lease with customer asking any questions regarding builds. Our insurance covers all aspects of all types of building works. We set out a payment plan, so payments are in stages, the last payment is when all work is completed and passed by building control.

We were contacted quickly by the roofer and he came very quickly to have a look at the job that needed doing. That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! We are very pleased, with everything; the speed of the investigation, the speed of the pricing, the speed of the job, and the way the job was done! Terrific.

I have been a plumber for 17 years I did an apprenticeship in plumbing and gas at 16 years old once I qualified i joined a company that did refurbishments and extensions in charge of a team that did the full internal of the jobs where I learned my other trades: We are specialist bathroom fitter for all wall hung systems and concealed specialist units. We were quoted for 3 jobs only one of which has been fully completed with 1 not done and 2 done to a not great standard and with out all of the waste being removed (which was part of the quote). Said they would be starting at 11 but didn’t arrive until gone 1pm which made things difficult for us. No pictures sent on completion despite this being offered by them and no response to our attempts to get in touch to rectify the work that has not been completed. A disappointing experience unfortunately.
