After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

The paving slab steps leading to our front door needed urgently replacing. Then we identified that the supporting brickwork wasn't in great condition. Dajland made the supporting structure secure and removed and replaced all our slabs, including doing a tricky cutout. Communication was great and the cost was very reasonable. The biggest thing I can praise is Dajland's attention to detail. He works carefully, methodically but also very quickly. A genuine professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Wow. Super quick to respond and was round to see the problem as soon as I was available. Extremely disappointing experience with Linken. CCTV report was substandard, charged extra £90 for drain jetting on top pre agreed CCTV charge. (others did CCTV free). Follow-on repair quote of £6,000+ was 3x higher than competitors with better expertise. Worst of all, they claimed our confirmed payment for the CCTV wasn't received until I provided proof - then quickly changed their stance. Avoid.
