1. Turned up 1.5 hours late to my property. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call until 1 hour had passed. 2. Didn’t have the right tools to complete the job. Took one look at it, banged a hammer a few times, and said it can’t be done (for the record - the job was subsequently completed in about 20 minutes by a proper tradesman) 3. Vasile did a great job diagnosing a short circuit problem with an electric shower that was blowing the fuse. He offered me options including rewiring the circuit. I chose the option of isolating the circuit as the shower was no longer used. Vasile isolated the circuit to fix the short circuit.

I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.

A very nice, tidy job completed by Dale and his buddy. They fixed a roller blind, an outside storage door and some chest of drawers in the bedroom. Also tightened up a few niggly items in the kitchen. There are a few other areas that require attention around the house and we will certainly look to use their services again.
