Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

He said he was just waiting on materials to come and said he’d be in touch soon as he had materials and said he’d be round the following week to carry out work. Not sure what happened to my original rating which I left soon after the job was completed. Happy with the job that Chris and his colleague completed. Did have a small problem with the lock needing adjustment a week or two later. Chris' colleague came back and made some adjustments. I've since oiled the lock and it's working much better. All in all Chris and his partner did a good job, no complaints. I would be happy to engage him again.
