Adam was great, he visited when he said and made an assesment of what needs doing and explained clearly what next steps were and what options, if any I had. He also followed up with the quote. I found the quote priced reasonably. There was a problem with the box that was ordered but Adam sorted that without to much bother and kept me informed. He tidied up well and I am happy with what was done. Thanks Adam!

I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.

The job was booked in for the next day with no fuss. Arrived on time and listened to the issues described. He chased the wiring around half the house for us to find a single loose cable. He kept us informed and updated along the way and was determined not to make it a bigger job than it needed to be. Our shower is now working again and it was all done in good time with no mess and good value for money.
