We confirmed the price and scope of works in writing and he confirmed back to start and finish over the bank holiday. Our client had arranged to stay elsewhere. The day before he was due to start, he cancelled with a lame excuse. Totally left us looking very stupid and the client very upset. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

However, I needed an invoice to get a reimbursement, which I have never received after multiple chasers and promises that this would be done. 2 months later. I'm out of pocket with no reply. Hence the rating. Otherwise, great job done.
