Patrick came to fix an immerser and do an EICR assessment and provide a certificate on completion. He did the former then completed the EICR but didn't leave the certificate. He then ignored my repeated calls, texts and emails to sort the problem leaving me with no option but to pay another £250 for a service I thought someone on Rated People would be vetted for. I have also since found out his company went out of business. Daylight robbery. Do not employ this provider.

Absolutely excellent work! Didn't just fix the immediate issue but identified an embarrassing amount of dangerous faults with the initial installation that he kindly fixed. He was very understanding of my need to make sure my pets were secure and he stuck to his original quote from over the phone.
