Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. I was impressed how Amir took the job very quickly - he arrived to work a few hours after seeing the post. He was very friendly and polite and was happy to take the job. However, I really would not recommend him for carpentry work. This was an easy job, where the carpentry was already done and it just needed fitting. He arrived with the wrong tools (had to use mine) and very poorly fitted the cupboards and shelves, to the extent I had to pay another tradesperson to fix the job. The finish was awful.
