WE'RE COST EFFECTIVE We know how frustrating it can be to work with home improvement businesses that have huge overheads which they pass on to customers. They employ sales people rather than designers and offer average standards at a huge mark-up. This is not what we are about. Unlike many contractors, we don't give discounts only to make our money back somewhere else. We're upfront about our charges and, thanks to our low overheads, we're happy to say that we are much more cost-effective.

Professional service. The installation of a new bathroom door was carried out and all mess and debris cleared after the work was finished. Another job was required and a verbal quotation was given, accepted and the work carried out to very high standards.

The bottom line is it was a waste of both your time and mine if you were not interested, I think that the eventual profit would have more than covered lead costs, if not then you are doing something very wrong, I deal with CPC (Cost Per Click) every day every business I know allows a fund for this, out of every 10 clicks (that cost them) only one may bear fruit, I think you need to re-think strategies, I have increased value rating because at the end of the day your initial quote came in at a good price.

Real nice guy. Very professional and able to deal with the curve balls thrown up by a 200 year old cottage. We have had a number of jobs done by Tony and he has always done a good job and at a reasonable rate. Highly recommended

Mark’s/assistant’s work was good. Some skirting had staple holes. He was informative and professional while quoting. Our requirement for replacing coving got ignored. Comms were sketchy, phone notifications were turned off often and we waited days for a reply. The job was posted as urgent and from first contact to completion took over three weeks, this was frustrating. We accept that he and his partner were unwell within this time frame for approx three days.
