A very poor job, gate not stable and may have to be re-done plus the existing door does not fit. Its not the hingers it is the way they were fitted, and for the money I paid it was a waste of time.

Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.

Joseph arrived late, brought incorrect and insufficient materials & took 8hrs to finish 3 small jobs. When I raised concerns, he deflected blame & suggested I buy more materials or have the job incomplete. I had to call for help to intervene before he agreed to complete the work. After paying, he made inappropriate comments about how I should have negotiated with him & about 'understanding people's minds.' I wouldn’t recommend his services, I wish him the best and hope he continues to improve his skills.

He did a fantastic job fitting my wardrobes —the finish was exactly what I was hoping for and they looked amazing! Not only was he efficient and thorough, but he was also extremely tidy, leaving everything spotless once the job was done. I was especially impressed that he came 3 hours early to accommodate the early delivery of the wardrobes. That level of flexibility and dedication is rare and very much appreciated. Darren was great, he fixed all the mistakes I had made attempting to put together my sideboard and was efficient. The sideboard was quite tricky but Darren was able to put it together in just over 2 hours, and was knowledgable and happy to help. Would 100% use again.
